Lakhuti village council meet
DIMAPUR: General meeting of Lakhuti Village Council has been convened on January 14 at Lakhuti village. Village Council chairman Mhonthung Yanthan, council members have appealed to all Lakhutians dwelling in different parts of Nagaland to attend the meeting.
WVYO annual conference
DIMAPUR: Wokha Village Youth Organization (WVYO) will be organizing its 4th annual conference-cum-sports week from January 13 to 15 at Wokha village football ground under the theme ‘Sports: At Par with Excellence’. Interested team/clubs (Football & Volleyball) of Wokha village have been requested to collect forms from WVYO games & sports secretary, Mhachan Murry before January 11.
NACRYF youth fellowship
DIMAPUR: Northern Angami Christian Revival Youth Fellowship (NACRYF) would conduct its Youth Fellowship programme from January 8 to 10 at Nerhema village CRC on the theme ‘For you have a royal position for such a time as this (Esther 4:14)’. All NACRYF youth, church leaders and well wishers have been requested to attend the programme.
Phesama Youth Society sports meet
DIMAPUR: Phesama Youth Society (PYS) will hold its 48th annual sports meet on January 6 and 7 at Phesama Village Council (PVC) ground with ADC Chiephoubozou, Rovilato Mor and PVC chairman, Vikekuo-o Zashumo and chief guest and guest of honour respectively. All dignitaries and well wishers have been requested to attend the programme.
DIMAPUR: Chakhesang Christian Revival Church Youth Fellowship (CCRCYF) will be observing its 37th session from January 8-10 at Chesezu village on the theme ‘For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a Holy life’. NCRC Mission Centre pastor, Rev. Vevozo Khamo and NCRC Mission Board secretary, Prof. Imchayanger would be the main speakers at the session. Meanwhile, CCRCYF has also informed that Youth Building at Mission Centre Chetheba would be commissioned by Rev. Zhowhuyi Nyekha on January 8.
NPBCA triennial convention
DIMAPUR: The 4th triennial convention and 21st annual council of Nagaland Police Baptist Churches Association (NPBCA) will be held from January 8 to 10 at PUBC Phesama New Reserved Kohima with Kire IPS, DGP as the chief guest. Speakers for the convention will be Rev. Yankey Patton and Rev. Dr. Wati Aier Principal OTS. All NPBCA Churches have been requested to inform delegates to PUBC Phesama for accommodation.

DIMAPUR: Final audit meeting of Aichisaghemi Kiphimi Kuqhakulu (AKK) golden jubilee’09 members and auditors has been convened on January 9, 9 am at the residence of its banker. All members have been informed to attend the meeting.
PBC 25th anniversary
DIMAPUR: Pira Baptist Church (PBC) under Tirbin circle, West Siang district would celebrate 25th anniversary from January 15 to 17 at Pira village under the theme ‘Walk by faith not by sight’ with Rev. Dr. A.K. Lama, general secretary, Churches of Baptist Council North East India as speaker. Cultural completion, games and sports, Bible quiz, testimony, baptism, releasing of souvenir and other talent show would mark the occasion.
