NPF Phek Town: Nagaland People’s Front (NPF) Phek Town Unit (PTU) office bearers and all the 11 colony representatives held a meeting on February 3 at the private residence of minister for Health & Family Welfare, Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu. The house on behalf of party workers and the public appreciated the minister and acknowledged notable development works in and around Phek town that have been made under his leadership. Further the house unanimously resolved to render its full support to Azo and the party even in future under the leadership of chief minister, Neiphi-u Rio
JNV Nihokhu: Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Nihokhu has expressed gratitude to 24th Assam Rifles A-Company Nihokhu Post major Aswini Singh and his team for conducting free medical camp on February 2 at JNV Nihokhu and distributing free medicines to the patients. JNV Nihokhu also expressed gratitude to the unit for providing water in the vidyalaya.
CRGS: The Chudi Village Rubber Growers Society (CRGS) under Wokha district has thanked the department of Land Resources for extending Rubber Plantation Project in Chudi village. The CRGS informed that the society which started with 12 household members, had now 80-90 household members and further added that the project had increased the economy of the village.
NPF: NPF Kiphire Divisional Unit has expressed gratitude to Sungku Tenem Co. Pvt. Ltd for the ongoing 20kms road construction from Pungro-Kiusam via Tikenvong and Zanger. A press release issued by unit general secretary (Admn), T. Sope stated that the ongoing construction was satisfactory to the people of the area and as such, unit extended its support and co-operation towards the company’s labor and service and further wished the company a successful future.
NAGSSA: The Nagaland Agriculture Graduate Subordinate Service Association (NAGSSA) has expressed gratitude to Director of Agriculture Dr. Supong Keitzar and his senior officers for giving opportunity to NAGSSA members by maintaining the separate seniority list and promotion ratio in the department. CMPS: Changsangli Multipurpose Society (CMP) Tuensang has expressed gratitude to Confederation of NGO’s of Rural India (CNRI) for their service rendered to rural people which were awarded during 4th National meet of CNRI held on November 4-6 at New Delhi. KU: Konyak Union has lauded DAN government under the leadership of chief minister Neiphiu Rio for taking up various developmental works in the state and for organizing the Road Show in every district. Union expressed hoped that the next road show scheduled to be held from April 1-8 would be a grand success and appealed to all contractors under Mon district to complete all works before the Road Show.
A press release issued by union joint secretary, Y Hosea Konyak appealed the government for completion of works between Walu guest house Mon, Regional diagnose center, PDC office and Namtola Mon road. Union further appealed to all citizens, church leaders, NGOs and KU units in Mon district to cooperate with the government and administration for the success of the programme.

INC Aghunaqa: Indian National Congress (INC), Aghunaqa unit under 4 Ghaspani-I A/C has expressed gratitude to MLA, Y. Hewoto Awomi for developing the Aghunaqa headquarter road stretching about 3km under LADP 2009-10. A press note issued by Aghunaqa unit Congress party general secretary, Kuhoto Yepthomi stated that the road has been neglected for many years and after considering the need of the area public in general and party workers in particular, it was being developed under the initiative of the MLA. The unit further appealed for such developments in future as Aghunaqa was a neglected area in terms of development since the time of its inception.
VDB: Nagaland VDB representatives who attended MNREGA Mela held on February 2 at New Delhi have expressed gratitude to Rural Department Nagaland for sponsoring them.
