Students exchange programme to Japan

Ministry of Human Resources Development will be conducting Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths Programme (JENESYS). Selected students would visit Japan in three badges from May 19-28; June 2-11 and June 16-25 respectively. Directorate of School Education has informed students from classes 9-12 with Indian Passport to apply with documents in triplicate which include: entry form, Visa application etc duly filled by the students, teachers (A specimen copy of entry form), Visa application form attached. Entry form and Visa application forms will be available on the website of the Ministry for downloads. Information list indicating academic details, extra-curricular activities duly filled in as per proforma given in Annexure-I, should be countersigned by the parent and principal of the school. General information forms may be downloaded from the website of the Ministry, under the link for department of school education and literacy secondary education, announcements, JENESYS. Completed form may be submitted to the directorate of School Education on March 30 and applications not received within stipulated date would be deemed as “no taker.”
