NSS patkai at youth exchange programme in Chennai

National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Patkai Christian College (Autonomous) representing the Nagaland State NSS attended the inter-state youth exchange and home stay programme, jointly organized by National Service Scheme and Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) at RGNIYD, Chennai from March 1to 10.
The camp was organized with the aim to imbibe in youth the values of integration and unity of the country, to share views and exchange the traditional, cultural and development in various sectors like industries, transportation, communication and agriculture. From Nagaland, Bendangnungsang, programme officer of the unit along with eight volunteers attended the camp. The team expressed that programme was a learning experience of revealing to different culture and tradition and societies.
Meanwhile, Nagaland NSS extended gratitude to Kenneth Punyü, state liaison officer and directorate of youth resources and sports, Kohima for providing opportunity to the volunteers to attend the camp.
