Recruitment rally for enrollment of indigenous Nagas of Nagaland into 164 Inf Bn (Territorial Army) (H&H) Naga as Soldier General Duty (GD) Clerk, Chef and House Keeper would be held on March 22 and 23. The qualitative recruitment (QR) for the post of clerk include Class 12th pass from any stream (arts, commerce, and science with 50% marks in aggregate and should have studied English and math, accounts, book keeping as compulsory subject at 10th or 12th standards. Those applying for the post of soldier GD should be Class VIII pass while those applying for the post of tradesman should be Class V pass and above with height of minimum 152/158 cms, weight minimum 50 kgs, chest minimum 77 cms with expansion of 5 cms, between 18 to 42 years (should not have been be married before the age of 21 years) and must be indigenous of Nagaland state. Enrolment would consist of physical test, medical fitness and written tests. Documents required to be submitted include education certificate, character certificate (should not be six month old on the date of recruitment rally) 12 passport size coloured photos, permanent residential/indigenous certificate, scheduled tribe certificate and sponsor certificate.
