Campaign on ‘True Love Waits’

A special campaign on ‘true love waits’ was held at Chozuba Town Baptist Church on February 25, organised by Youth Department, Chakhesang Baptist Church Council (CBCC) and sponsored by NSACS through the Youth Department of Nagaland Baptist Church Council. Resource persons were Kedoungulo Mero, Mission Director, CBCC and Vikuo Rhi, Youth Secretary, CBCC. Shoselhü Dozo moderated the sessions. The Campaign was attended by 45 youth leaders from CBCC Churches under Phek District of Nagaland. During the campaign the Resource Persons presented papers on the topic ‘what is True Love Waits and Why? and The Biblical perspective of ‘love and human sexuality’. Youth Secretary has expressed gratitude to resource persons, program participants, Chozuba Town Baptist Church sponsors and organisers. WSBAK: A one-day consultation on ‘True Love Waits’ was organised by Youth Department of Western Sumi Baptist Akukuhou Kuqhakulu (WSBAK) at WSBAK Mission Centre, Akuvuto on February 26, for churches under WSBAK. The speaker of day-long programme was Rev. Iringtie Kauring, Youth Secretary, Nagaland Baptist Churches Council (NBCC). He presented lectures on ‘How to be cool without losing heat’ and ‘How to avoid sexual sin’. More than 400 youth participated in the programme. Praise and worship leader of the day was Khekaho Aye, Youth Director, Sumi Baptist Church, Dimapur. Rev. Ikuto Jimo, Youth Secretary, WSBAK was in-charge of introductory session.
