NFR Landowners’ meet DIMAPUR: A meeting of to be affected village landowners by Northeast Frontier Railway has been convened on March 1 at Hotel Tragopan at 10. Informing that proposed meeting would be the last and most crucial, Convenor of the landowners, T Shuya, has asked all GBs, chairmen and landowners of Chumukedima, Virazouma, Toulazouma, Kuda village, Thilixu, Thahekhu and Sovima to attend the meeting. NPF Dimapur division seminar DIMAPUR: Nagaland People’s Front (NPF), Dimapur division would be organizing a seminar under the theme, ‘Party Constitution and Party Discipline’ on March 6,10am at Town Hall, Dimapur. Resource persons would include minister for Higher Technical & Urban Development and NPF Nagaland president, Dr. Shurhozielie, and minister for Home, Imkong L. Imchen. All party office bearers of present body, women wing, youth wing, executive members and well wishers have been informed to attend the seminar. ANAGTU Wokha unit DIMAPUR: All Nagaland Adhoc Graduate Teachers’ Union (ANAGTU) Wokha unit has convened a meeting on March 5 at DC’s Conference Hall, Wokha at 10am. All ad hoc graduate teachers who have submitted original documents to the Directorate of School Education Nagaland have been requested to attend the meeting. Kohima Law College Students’ Union DIMAPUR: Kohima Law College Students’ Union (KLCSU) has convened a general meeting on March 2. Union stated that a fine of Rs.200 would be imposed on absentees. Further, KLCSU also felicitated Sahovi Jhon Phinyo, student of Kohima Law College on being selected to participate in the Naga style wrestling championship organized by Nagaland Wrestling Association to be held on March 4 and 5.
