SEEAF to encourage girl child education

Socio-Economic and Ecological Awareness Forum (SEEAF), Nagaland and Vedanta Foundation, Mumbai on the programme “Computer education for the common man” opened a computer training institute “Intel Access.com” inaugurated by administrator cum CEO DMC Nikhashe Sema on February 27. A press note issued by Deepak Kr, assistant secretary SEEAF informed that the institute would offer a two months certificate course on basic computer knowledge for a nominal course fee of rupees eight hundred for boys and rupees seven hundred for girls to encourage the girl child education. Further, the organizations are also planning to open ten more such institutes in all the eleven districts of Nagaland with the aim to promote computer education and to achieve at least fifty percent computer literacy to the Naga populace within ten years time.
