ANAATA plea to Chief secretary

Reacting to news items published in local dailies appearing in local dailies Tuesday wherein the chief secretary stated that employees of DIS Dimapur, Niuland and Longleng had not cooperated with the SIT investigations and outside elements hampering the investigations, All Nagaland Aggrieved Adhoc Teachers’ Association (ANAATA) stated that it had met all the officials concerned in the different DIS establishments. A joint release issued by ANAATA president Hekiye H Liriki and secretary Solomon Ennio stated that upon enquiry from officials it was found that they all cooperated sincerely and efficiently with the SIT directives and provided all necessary material documents. The release appealed to chief secretary to clarify with detailed statements about the three DIS establishments so that teachers under each DIS gets justice and not be misled by such ‘confusing’ statements and face emotional and financial trauma .
