Special Phek, Mon DPDB meeting

Deputy commissioner Phek and District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) vice chairman, Mikha Lomi in a release informed all the members of Phek District Planning and Development Board that stated chief minister would be attending District Planning and Development Board meeting for Phek District on April 15 at Town Hall as a special District Planning and Development Board meeting. All the members have been requested to attend the meeting.
According to an official bulletin, presidents of Chakhesang Public Organization (CPO), Pochury Public Forum (PPF), Chakhesang Youth Front (CYF), Chakhesang Students Union (CSU) and Pochury Students Union (PSU) along with representative have also been requested to attend the meeting. It further directed all the outpost administrative officers to inform the DPDB members of their respective jurisdiction.
MON: A special District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) Mon meeting for April would be held on April 22, 9 am in deputy commissioner’s hall which would be attended by state chief minister Neiphiu Rio. All administrative heads and heads of department would also attend the meeting.
All elected representatives of Mon district, heads of department and members of DPDB Mon, two representatives each from Konyak Union, KNSK, KSU have been directed to attend the meeting.
All departments have also been informed to prepare department profile along with departmental activities, achievements and action report in regard to their departmental programmes and schemes.
The Deputy commissioner has further informed that there would be a meeting on April 16, 11 am in the DC’s conference hall to chalk out and discuss about the special District Planning and Development Board meet. All head of departments and presidents KU, KNSK, KSU have been requested to attend the meeting.
