Convocation ceremony held in various Bible colleges

Missiological Research Centre (MRC) held its 13th convocation ceremony with DC Dimapur Dr. Maongwati Aier as the speaker.
Speaking at the ceremony, Maongwati exhorted the graduating students to be global in their thinking and to focus their services not only locally but also to the other parts of the world.
He also urged the students to shift to an eternal way of thinking and to work towards achieving things which were permanent and eternal.
Asking the students to serve God through serving their fellow beings, he advised the students to carry the light of Jesus and His gospel wherever they went.
Altogether there were sixteen graduating students out of which three received their degree in Master of Divinity, eight in bachelor of missiology, three in diploma in missions, and one each in certificate in missions and basic missionary orientation course.
Other awards including principal’s award for outstanding in academic excellence, president’s award for best thesis, Dr. Haralu’s award for demonstrating zeal and commitment in soul winning ministry, student of the year award and iron will student were also given. (Staff Reporter)
WBC: Withee Bible College (WBC) sixth graduation was held on April 13 with Rev. Dr. Rabi Pame, Principal, Missiological Research Centre as graduation speaker. Pame preached on the topic “The harvest truly is plentiful but the laborers are few.”
The college prospectus was released by chairman of the College Board, Dr. T. Lima Jamir released the WBC prospectus while principal blessed the prospectus with a word of prayer.
Among the 13 graduates, 7 completed Bachelor of Theology Degree, and 6 in Bachelor of Theology in Missiology Degree. L. D. Ronglenlar Chiru, Manipur received academic excellence award as well as the best preacher award, while Zutkhengla Yimchunger bagged the best discipline award.
NTC: The 2nd convocation of Nito Theological College (SBAK) Nito Mount Zunheboto was held on April 15 under the theme “Proclaim His love”.
Rev. Dr. Hevukhu Achumi, director Sumi Baptist addressed the students and principal of the college, Niholi H. Shohe in her key note address welcomed and thanked the guests.
Rev. Bengt Anderson award for Academic Excellence was awarded to Yetovi H, Nito Theological College award for general proficiency was awarded to Sharon Awomi, Rev Dr Najekhu Yepthomi award for best sermon was conferred to Holika K. Swu, Rev Shiwoto Swunetho award for Best Scripture Knowledge to Inashi Jimomi and the chairman Emeritus Hokishe Yepthomi award for best Christian discipline in Christian living was awarded to Holika K. Swu. The act of dedication was performed by Rev S. Yevito Sumi Executive Secretary SBAK Nito Mount.
BTC: The 18th Baptist Theological College (BTC) graduation ceremony was held on April 16 where 25 candidates were commissioned to service of God.
Husazu Epao, Principal, Patkai Christian College, Dimapur graced the occasion as graduation speaker.
The occasion was attended by pastors, relatives of graduating students and well-wishers of BTC.
