The All Nagaland Adhoc Graduate Teachers’ Association (ANAGTU) has expressed gratitude to commissioner and secretary SE and SCERT for forwarding the union representation regarding regularization of adhoc graduate teachers whose have completed 3 years of service and above to the responsible authority for necessary action.
A joint press statement issued by Neizevotuo Nakhro, president and Huskha Sema, general secretary ANAGTU have appealed to the responsible authority to take prompt initiatives for conducting suitability test for early regularization of the genuine adhoc graduate teachers who are rendering their optimum duties for the past 7 years and above.
Further, ANAGTU appealed to count the length of service of the adhoc graduate teacher from the date of their appointment after being regularized so as to achieve natural justice and to avoid super cession by the juniors to seniors as in the recently concluded GTs and UGTs test examination wherein successful fresh candidates have been given regular appointment and many of the adhoc graduate teachers deployed as examiner and invigilator.
The union also expressed that if the lengths of service of the adhoc GTs were not counted from the date of appointment they would certainly be known as juniors to whom they treat as students.
