The signatories said if any of its members were found indulging in such practices, strict disciplinary action would be taken on them. The NGRC – I CU said all the departments and agencies working in the state of Nagaland should publish advertisements of all its contract works in the local dailies and a copy endorsed to the office of the NGRC – I CU.

the participating bidders in their presence on the same day of opening the bids. If any department/agency does not comply, the NGRC – I CU said it has resolved to proceed for filing litigation on the issue.
