Amway ‘Nanhe Chitrakaar’

Amway Opportunity Foundation Kohima on Saturday conducted a painting competition as part of the Nanhe Chitrakaar, a national children’s painting competition. The competition was held at Amway Office Kohima.
Altogether 30 children from various schools in Kohima participated in the painting competition based on the theme ‘environment and wildlife’. In the junior category i.e. 4-7 years, Dziesevituo from Modern School was adjudged as the winner, and Ruokuovotuo from Modern School and B. Tsoiniu from St. Mary’s Cathedral in the second and third positions respectively. In the 8-12 years senior category, Sumi Sarkar from Mezhür Higher Secondary School was the winner; while Sanghita Deb Nath from Chandmari Higher Secondary School and Veküyhieto from Mezhür Higher Secondary School were adjudged in the second and third positions respectively.
Amway Opportunity Foundation will send the best three paintings in each category to Amway Corporation in Ada, USA.
