The Institute of Community Transformation on Wednesday conferred graduation certificates to nine of its students at Agape College, Dimapur.
The two year programme was undertaken by Nagaland Mission Movement (NMM) and Seva Bharat jointly for individuals without theological background wanting to serve ministries in spreading the gospel. Speaking at the function, Seva Bharat area ministry co-ordinator NE India Sena encouraged the students to maintain the zeal and the passion involved in serving various ministries after their graduation.
He called for passion to work for God, passion for integrity and righteousness and passion for lost souls among the students while carrying out their mission.
Sena also advised the students not to take evangelism as a profession but to take it as a mission to work for God.
He said from NE alone, there were 200 graduates and 240 ICT trainees in 2010. Sena also said Seva Bharat has launched 100 ICT programmes across 30 states in India.
Earlier, the invocation was said by Agape College principal Dr. Kisheto Awomi, special songs were presented by ICT students and Agape college students, speech on behalf of ICT students was delivered by Romeo and vote of thanks was given by mission promoter NMM, director ICT Kiyevi Awomi.
