Governor visits Longwa

Nagaland governor, Nikhil Kumar visited the last Assam Rifles border post located at the international boundary line at Longwa Village Tuesday. He visited the International Trade Centre and also stopped over at the Longwa Angh’s house which lay at the international boundary line of India and Myanmar, according to DIPR. Speaking at the civic reception, the governor said it was a pleasure to visit a unique and special village where the Angh was the administrative head. Nikhil assured to look in the grievances by the Longwa Village and also donated grant-in-aid of one lakh rupees towards the village.
