Basing on the cabinet sub-committee’s desire to resolve RoP stalemate amicably, Confederation of All Nagaland State Services Employees’ Association (CANSSEA), today expressed hope that government would consider their “genuine demands” of 6th RoP within certain period of time. However, CANSSEA president Dr. K. David Sema and general secretary Vekho Vero, in a communiqué, directed all confederated associations to activate preparatory ground for taking further course of action, in the event of failure to resolve the stalemate. Further, maintaining it point of resorting to agitation in demand of their “just and fair pay,” the signatories said they were left with no option but to resort to agitation to show our legitimate rights. With regard to this, the CANSSEA “sincerely” appealed to all responsible and general public to cooperate for “common cause.”
