NPF Tuensang clarifies on termination of members

The Naga People Front 53 AC Tuensang Sadar - 1, has clarified the issue regarding NPF Tuensang terminating two of its members which was appeared in some local dailies.
According to the unit, the statement was made against Leangkong and. Shillem by the president, Lusang issuing a press note concerning disciplinary action initiated against the two terming it fallacious.
However vice president and secretary 53 AC Tuensang Sadar-1 N. Among Chang and Yolise sated any justification and validation of reason would be furnished by NPF area office bearers of 53 AC Tuensang Sadar-1 and not by divisional office bearers or any individuals.
The statement also said Lengkong and Shillem had clarified they went to Kohima to meet chief minister, NPF President, NPF working president, NPF vice president (Tuensang in charge) and legislators to discuss matters related to strengthening the NPF party. However, it said the duo should bring to mind whatever words were conveyed before these leaders whom they met and bear witness to their expression of personal grudges against fellow NPF leaders of Tuensang.
The statement also said the duo was shocked to find out they were terminated after returning from Kohima; while on the other hand added they should try to recall the series of meeting and parley that was held after their trip to Kohima.
The vice president and secretary of the 53 AC Tuensang sadar-1 said these meeting were held to settle the crises amicably and to uphold the unity of the party and that after a series of meeting, the majority office bearers of 53 AC Tuensang Sadar-1 apprehended the duo’s aptitude to split the NPF party of Tuensang Sadar-1.
It further stated the area office bearers of Tuensang felt clarification of the press note on the duo “were out after elapse of very productive days of the party”, adding the Tuensang sadar-1 NPF party was revamped after the removal of the duo from their position.
“The removal of the duo shall stand as the ultimate decision of the NPF party of Tuensnag Sadar-1 as the decision has been intended to secure the NPF Party from fragmenting in to several segments”, the statement stated.
