Dr Nicky for quality education

MLA & Chairman NKVIB, Dr Nicky Kire called upon teachers, parents and public leaders to play equal role in bringing up students by imparting quality education and appealed to teachers to extend their best service to the students.
He was speaking at the inauguration of Government Ruby Primary School (GRPS) Naga Bazar additional room extension on Wednesday. Dr. Nicky said teachers played the most important role in a child’s life and urged them to be devoted in their duties and take care as their own children.
Earlier, the programme was chaired by Kedou Wetsah, Chairman, WEC, Ruokuowhelie, Pastor UNBC gave the invocation prayer, special song was presented by GPS students’ special song. Short speeches were also delivered by President Nagabazar Panchayat, Khrieshiitso Kiso and ADC (SSA), DMA Kohima, Theyievilie Suohoumvu and a report of the Building Committee was presented by Teisovituo Bio Teacher’s In-charge and former KMC Councillor, Keduolhoulie Huozha proposed the vote of thanks.
