BJP flays govt for fuel hike
DIMAPUR: BJP Nagaland condemning the fuel hike by the UPA government has stated that price hike had exhibited the traditional style on “Misrule-price hike-inflation’. BJP demanded that alternate energy sources be defined, backed by proper policy program ands implemented nationwide and put in place before the government resort to periodic fuel hike. BJP Nagaland felt that alternate energy sources would ease the burden on the conventional fuel energy, thereby rendering it ineffective from the price rise of essential commodities, even if the international price of crude oil rises uncontrollably.
GD-PI for new MBA batch NU
DIMAPUR: School of Management Studies, Nagaland University (NU) would be conducting the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD-PI) to select the third batch of MBA of the University on June 28. Further, call letters have been dispatched to all short listed candidates based on their MAT score and the department would be producing the first batch of MBA very shortly. Also, informed that some students have already been placed in some companies and few more will be placed in a couple of week’s time. Meanwhile, the second batch of MBA students are currently undergoing two months summer internships in Indian Oil, Amul, Eureka Forbes, NEDFi, NEEPCO and others.
