HDFC bank expands customer service

The prestigious Customer Service Committee (CSC) meeting of HDFC bank Dimapur branch was held at the bank premises on Wednesday.
According to a statement from the HDFC Dimapur Branch Manager, Bedanta Deka, the meeting discussed vital issues with regard to facilities provided by the bank and its services to the customers. It discussed issues like the expansion of ATMs in Dimapur, improved customer service, cash credit loan facility and other services, which could be provided to the citizens of Nagaland.
It was stated that the CSC also expressed gratitude to the Branch Manager and top management of the bank for the decision to open a new HDFC branch in Kohima. The Kohima branch would be operating very shortly (under construction).
Bedanta said the CSC expressed satisfaction at the functioning of the bank so far. He said numerous views and suggestions on how to improve the customer service and banking facilities were received and that the Bank would consider the opinions in the interest of the customers in the state.
Bedanta expressed gratitude to his colleagues for their efficient service and professionalism at their work place. He informed the public that Locker and Credit card facility was now available at the HDFC Dimapur branch at very nominal rate.
The HDFC branch manager informed it has started two-wheeler and four-wheeler loans at Dimapur and also appointed a BDR (business development representative) for both the loans.
Bedanta has therefore asked citizens to avail the services like Fixed deposits, Recurring deposits and Other Investments available at the bank.
Members of the CSC whom customers can contact in case they face any grievances in connection with the bank are Rita Bhattachrya, Totiur Topadar, Chandan Biswas, Ruth Chawang, Bikash Mallick and Kikhevi Yepthomi.
