Third official session of advisors of Zunheboto Town Council (ZTC) was held on June 28 at Town Council conference hall. According to a press statement, the house discussed all market problems, traffic regulation, sanitations and town being affected by major landslides during the monsoon causing damages to buildings and properties.
The house further expressed gratitude to T. Kiheto Jimomi, DC Zunheboto for timely intervention in cleaning the landslide at Amiphoto colony, which had cut off the main road of Zunheboto- Kohima road on June 27.
Further, surprise checking of shops was conducted on June 25, where at-least 20% of shops were found without trade licenses house therefore resolved to implement strict discipline among all business communities irrespective of caste and creed, the statement added.
The house also resolved to conduct mass social work on July 3 on account of Tuluni celebration for which all GBs of Zunheboto town have been requested to supervise the social work in their respective colonies.
Earlier the meeting was presided over by Huskha Yepthomi, chief advisor and T. Roy, additional deputy commissioner and executive officer ZTC appreciated the present team of advisors for efficiently discharging their duties.
