Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE), a national institute under the ministry of micro, small and medium enterprises, government of India organized two weeks entrepreneurship development programme for PMEGP beneficiaries at IIE branch office Dimapur from June 21 and at Mokokchung from June 25.
The programme was sponsored by office of Khadi and Village Industry Commission, Dimapur with 22 participants in Dimapur and 29 participants at Mokokchung.
The inauguration programme at Dimapur was graced by I. Athuba Lusang, assistant director KVIC Dimapur who explained about various government schemes and business opportunities in Nagaland.
At Mokokchung Imli, EO NKVIB attending the inaugural function highlighted on importance and feasibility on trade for youths trying to broaden avenues in entrepreneurship. Others who also addressed the gatherings were Pranjal Kr. Das, PIO IIE Dimapur; Mhonchumo Lotha, EO NKVIB Dimapur and N.C. Paul, officer KVIC Dimapur.
