NCSA: Nagaland Civil Service Association has mourned the demise of H.S. Phuton Konyak, deputy secretary of labour and Employment Department on July 2 at Dimapur after a brief illness. A condolence message stated that late Konyak belonged to 1988 batch of NCS whose demise was a loss for the association. The association has conveyed condolence to the bereaved family.
DCC: District Congress Committee Peren has mourned the demise of Kamta father of MLA Tarie Zeliang of 6th Tening constituency. A condolence message issued by the DCC Peren described late Kamta to be a good elderly father and advisor in all social activities. The DCC has expressed condolence to the bereaved family members and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
KTSSU: Kiphire Town Sangtam Students Union (KTSSU) has condoled the demise of Khumchose, class 12 of KMC College Dimapur (Emmanuel College) who passed away on June 2 and expressed that the union would treasure his good deeds and humbleness.
ATKK: Awohumi Tughalo Kichemi Kuqhakulu (ATKK) has condoled the demise of its member Visheto Shohe, GB 4th Mile Diphupar village who passed away on July 2. While conveying its condolence to the bereaved family members, ATKK also prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
KUD, KC, KVCU: Kongan Union Dimapur (KUD) has mourned the demise of its member, H. S. Phuhton Konyak, deputy secretary (DS) labour & employment, who passed away on July 2 at Dimapur. Describing him as a pillar of the union, KUD stated that his demise was a loss not only to the union but also to the Konyak community. KUD conveyed condolence to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
Kongan Citizens (KC) has condoled the demise of H. S. Phuhton, DS labour & employment who passed away on July 2 at Dimapur. A condolence message by KC stated that late Phuhton served as KC general secretary from 1996 till the time of his demise. Kongan Citizens also described him as a man of vision whose services rendered towards Kongans would be remembered, and further conveyed condolence to the bereaved family and prayed for Almighty to grant them solace and strength at their time of grief.
Meanwhile, Konyak Village Councils’ Union (KVCU) has expressed sadness over the demise of late Khamting Konyak who passed away on June 24, and late H. S. Phuhton Konyak who passed away on July 2. Union stated that both late Khamting and late Phuhton have rendered valuable services to the community in their own capacities. KVCU conveyed condolence to members of the bereaved families and prayed for the departed souls to rest in peace.
HBI: Dimapur Regional Training Centre Ekranipathar has expressed gratitude to Dr. Hukashe Zhimoni director Nagaland Development Outreach, a project of NBCC as the guest speaker for Doctor of Ministry (D. Min) inaugural programme as the resource person from Chennai Rev. Dr. Bobby Gupta, president and director, HBI ministries of India and Dr. Lemech chairman (ANIMS) and HBI Alumni office bearers of Nagaland and well wishers who attended the inaugural programme which was held on June 16 at ICC Dimapur.
