DoSE meeting
DIMAPUR: Directorate of school education (DoSE) has convened a meeting on August 12, 11am at Zonal Council Hall Kohima on MDM scheme. All DEOs and DISs have been requested to attend the meeting with prepared information relating to monthly report/status report on rice/cooks, cooking cost and management, monitoring and evaluations (MME).
ESSU meeting
DIMAPUR: Eastern Sumi Students’ Union (ESSU) golden jubilee planning board has convened a meeting on August 12, 10 am at Hotel Fira Kohima. Members have been requested to attend the meeting.
e-NGO program
DIMAPUR: YouthNet in partnership with DEF (Digital Empowerment Foundation), NEDF (North East Development Foundation) and Elysium Tech would be organizing e-NGO program in Nagaland on August 5 and 6 at 9 a.m at the Working Women’s Hostel, New Secretariat Road, Kohima. Additional chief secretary & development commissioner Alemtemshi Jamir would grace the inaugural function as chief guest and valedictory function would be graced by Secretary, information technology K. T. Sukhalu.
Awareness programme on HIV and AIDS
DIMAPUR: Awareness programme on HIV and AIDS will be held August 10, 10 am at Ongpangkong Salang, Arkong ward, Mokokchung. The programme is organised by Care & Support Society, Mokokchung and supported by Nagaland Legislators’ Forum on AIDS (LFA).
NIC coaches meeting
KOHIMA: A general meeting of Nagaland Sports Coaches Association has been convened on August 11, 12 noon at the conference hall of directorate of Youth Resources and Sports. All NIC coaches have been asked to attend the meeting.
DKSU general conference
DIMAPUR: 29th general conference of Dimapur Kyong (Lotha) student union would be held on September 11, 9am at Lotha Hoho Ki. MLA Azheto Zhimomi, advisor sericulture and cooperation and Dr John Murry, former general secretary Naga Hoho and business entrepreneur would attend the conference as chief guest and as guest of honour respectively.
DSSU meeting
DIMAPUR: Dimapur Sumi Students’ Union (DSSU) has convened a general meeting on August 7, 10 am at the residence of union banker, Notun Basti to discuss agenda for its forthcoming freshers’ meet. Executive members and all higher secondary schools, colleges and colony representatives of DSSU have been requested to attend the meeting.
NASU meeting
DIMAPUR: Niuland Area Students’ Union (NASU) has convened a meeting on August 7, 10 am at the residence of union banker, Niuland to discuss matters relating to its forthcoming 18th general conference. All office bearers and advisors of the union have been requested to attend the meeting.
CSDD meeting
DIMAPUR: Consumer Society Dimapur District (CSDD) has convened an emergency meeting on August 6, 11am at its office premises. All office bearers have been requested to attend the meeting.
VAT administration seminar
MOKOKCHUNG: Seminar on VAT administration will be held on August 6, 11 a.m at Longkumer Kilem. The seminar will be jointly organized by taxes department Mokokchung and Mokokchung Chamber of Commerce and Industries (MCCI). The resource persons for the seminar would be be K. Chuba Addl. Commissioner of Taxes Nagaland and Wochamo Odyuo, Supdt. Of Taxes, Mobile Squad, Nagaland. The seminar would also be attended by DC Mokokchung Lithrongla G. Chishi. MCCI has asked all shopkeepers to attend the seminar.
Zunheboto RKVY beneficiaries training
DIMAPUR: District Veterinary & A.H. officer, Zunheboto has informed that the training for RKVY beneficiaries of Zunheboto district would be conducted on August 11, 10am at Veterinary Hospital Zunheboto. The training would be on held piggery, goatery and rabbitry for which all beneficiaries have been requested to attend the training.
KCF co-ordination meeting
KOHIMA: Kuzhathede Collegiate Fellowship (KCF) has convened co-ordination meeting with all unit students’ union office bearers on August 7 at 10 am at union Christian School, Pfutsero town.
