New physiotherapy clinic opens in Kohima

Healing Hands Physiotherapy Clinic was inaugurated on Tuesday at the clinic (Bethesda) at Midland (L) by Kuzholuzo Nienu, Minister for Health and Family Welfare.
In his address, Kuzholuzo Nienu said that it was a unique day for denizens of Kohima to get the first Physiotherapy Clinic and congratulated Mary, in her efforts to bring change in our society.
The minister also expressed hope that the clinic would be able to the help society in great way especially the old and aged persons. Kuzholuzo informed that department had four Physiotherapies in the state and assured that service of proprietor Mary would be utilized in future.
The Minister also said that though there was ban on post creation, however Chief Minister recently agreed to give relaxation in case of department of Health and Family Welfare as it was serving as essential and humanitarian services.
Earlier Dr. Nicky Kire, MLA and chairman KVIC requested Health and Family welfare Minister to take Mary in government service to help the society.
Highlighting about the clinic, Mary N Sale (PT) said that the main aim of Clinic was to provide the society a new dimension of health care.
Earlier, the function was chaired by K. Kire, IPS, DGP, Nagaland, prayer by Rev. Ketsozeho Sale, Evang ABCC, welcome address was delivered by S. Sale (Retd MD NSCB) and the vote of thanks was delivered by Justice Z Angami (Retd Judge).
