Notes of gratitude

Sumi Hoho Nagaland: Sumi Hoho Nagaland has expressed shock over the tragic accident of the ill fated NST bus bound for Zunheboto from Dimapur on August 10 night at around 11-12am near Chetheba town that took 5 person’s lives and injured more than 20 passengers.
While expressing its deepest condolences to the bereaved family members, the Hoho prayed the Almighty to grant peace and solace to the departed souls and strength to the bereaved family members to overcome their loss and a speedy recovery to those injured.
The Hoho also expressed gratitude to the state government for announcing ex-gratia to the kin of the deceased as well as those injured. It also lauded the state government for their timely intervention by providing chopper service to airlift those critically injured to Dimapur.
It further lauded the administration, security forces, individuals, NGOs, doctors and nurses of Chozuba and Chetheba PHCs, civil hospital, Zunheboto and prayed the Almighty would bless each one of them abundantly.
Kohima Sumi Hoho: The Kohima Sumi Hoho on behalf of all the Sumi Organization within Kohima and on its behalf has expressed gratitude to the people of Thenyizu Village, Chesezu village Chetheba town and its neighbouring villages for prompt action in aiding and quick supervision of the accident of Zunheboto bound NST bus at around 2.30am on August 11 near Chetheba town.
The Hoho also appreciated the medical team of the Sikh regiment, DIG Toshi and police law enforcement of Chetheba and Pfutsero town, administration of Chetheba town, staff of PHC Chetheba and Chozuba, GREF and Dr. Bohoi for their timely intervention.
The Hoho also acknowledged the contribution by parliamentary secretaries, Chotisuh Sazo, Dako Phom, Dr. K. C Nihoshe, all the government departments, NGOs, and individuals to the deceased and injured passengers during their visit to the site of the accident.
