Notes of gratitude

VEC Terogunyu: Village Education Committee (VEC) and staff of GPS Terogunyu has expressed gratitude and appreciation to state government and department of school education for selecting it as the best VEC under Kohima district and awarding with a sum of Rs 50,000/- and certificate during 2008-09.
The VEC Chairman Logvubu Semp and VEC Secretary Sehilo Thyü in a released issued here also thanked the School Education Department for granting incentive of Rs 1 lakh as award against the School for best VEC programme and termed the award as a fulfillment of the long cherished dreams of the VEC.
MDGBA: Mon District GBs Association (MDGBA) has expressed gratitude to forest minister M. C. Konyak for providing a computer set for the association. MDGBA also thanked Mon district legislators for their support and guidance and bringing development in various spheres. Association prayed that they would continue to render their services to the people of the district.
LSU & LEH: Lakhuti student union (LSU) and Likuta Eloe Hoho (LEH) has expressed gratitude to Agriculture Department Baghty division for conducting awareness training on rodent control and for freely distributing rodenticides to the farmers in order to tackle the outbreak of rodent menace. The union and the Hoho acknowledged the department for extending all possible assistance to farming community when the entire village was facing the threat of the menace.
Meanwhile, union has also appreciates NEEPCO for their humanitarian service by conducting free medical campaign for the people of Lakhuti.
PVC: Pangti village council (PVC), on behalf of Sungro range public has expressed gratitude to Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio for inaugurating Chubi Bridge on August 13 along with I P Barooah, Chairman & Managing Director, NEEPCO.
The council also extends gratitude to ministers, parliamentary secretaries, MLA, Advisors, senior bureaucrats, district administrative & police officers, dignitaries, Kyong Hoho, NGOs, public leaders, NEEPCO officials and neighboring villages.
Further, the council extends gratitude to head of project and the subordinate officer and staff for organizing and making the entire arrangements for the inaugural function.
YGOA: Yimchunger gazzetted officer association (YGOA) has thanked state government of Nagaland for awarding President’s police medal for meritorious service to Richard Yimto Commandant 10 NAP (IR) during the occasion of India Independence day for his Excellency and Gallantry service.
ABC Longleng: Auching Baptist Church (ABC), Longleng district has expressed gratitude to parliamentary secretary for RD & REPA Pangnyu Phom for donating Rs.50,000 towards its new church building construction. ABC appreciated his contributions and prayed for God to bless him as he performed his tasks as a leader of the constituency in particular and the state in general.
PAVCU: Pathso Area Village Chiefs/GBs’ Union (PAVCU) has appreciated minister of PWD (R&B) Kaito for the provision of budget 2010-11 for the construction of Yakur-Pathso road.
Union also extended gratitude to parliamentary secretary Heno and the DAN government under the leadership of state chief minister Neiphiu Rio for their initiatives in looking into the needs of the people of the area.
