Condolence messages

USLB: United Sangtam Likhum Bumji (USLB) has mourned the demise of Kichingse Sangtam ex MLA who breathed his last August 27. A condolence message stated that late kichingse was the pioneer of politics in Kiphire area and served in different capacities. In 1969 to 1972 he was nominated as MLA in the interim body from east while Tuensang district. He was elected the 60th kiphire-pungro A/C as MLA in the year 1977 to 1982. He is survived by his wife, five children and grand children.
KGPO: Kuhuboto Ghakhu public organization (KGPO) has mourned the demise of late Lhotoi GB, Luzheto village. The union conveyed condolence to the bereaved family.
DMC former member: Former DMC member Kuhoi Zhimo has mourned the demise of Akumla, wife of Panger Lonchar, Principal of Salt Christian College, Dimapur.
DMC member in a condolence message said “we have lost a dedicated home maker, a beloved mother of the colony, who was always ready to extend helping hand”.
He conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
KWS: Kithagha Welfare Society Dimapur (KWSD) has expressed shock over the demise of Lt. Hainenlo Kath, constable 9th IRB Saijang camp Nagarjan on August 25. KWSD alleged that late Hainenlo was assaulted by a group of auto rickshaw drivers on the night of August 16. KWSD in a press release issued by president G. Thong and secretary Haichulo Tep has condemned the “heinous crime and murder” and urged the police to book the culprits. KWSD has further conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members.
