Renewal of Kuhuboto land permit holders

As per Kuhuboto Ghakhu Public Organisation (KGPO) final resolution adopted on August 17, all responsible land permit holders of Kuhuboto town have been informed to verify and renew respective land permit and obtain the clearance certificate from KGPO office during working hours before October 31.
KGPO informed that after the expiry of the stipulated date permit holders would be entitled to obtain government allotment permit from SDO (C ) office, Kuhuboto.
Informing this in a joint press statement issued by Khehovi V. Chishi president, Ghoshito Shohe vice president and convenor site screening committee and H. Vitoka Yeptho general secretary KGPO said that in case of default or non compliance of the order, the KGPO would forward all the relevant documents or files to the SDO ( C ) and further the defaulter shall obtain the permit by remitting a requisite amount as fixed by KGPO.
Meanwhile, the permit holders who are yet to construct their house or building till date have been informed to complete the construction at the earliest by November and that failing which their permit would be revoked or cancelled and the competent authority shall issue a fresh permit against the defaulter.
Further, the statement added that after completion of all necessary works and procedures by KGPO, all matters pertaining to the issuance of permit or renewal of land within the jurisdiction of Kuhuboto town would be prerogative of government and SDO (C ) shall be the sole competent authority to exercise the same with immediate effect.
