As the state capital remained cut off for almost a month due to heavy landslides at the old KMC dumping side along the NH-39, Nagaland Intercession Network Kohima (NINK) along with God’s Strain Group (GSG) organized a prayer meeting at the landslides area on Sunday. People gathered at the location of landslides and prayed for restoration of weather. Rev. Toshi Langu delivered a brief address at the prayer meet. It was for the first time that NBCC prayer ministry NINK and worship group GSG came together to launch prayer intercession to “claim Kohima for Christ”. The group also conducted prayer meet Saturday evening at P.R. Hill Junction Kohima. Meanwhile, the NH-39 road condition continued to look grim and it could take time to connect and restore the road.
