Minor boy found

Police personnel on duty at lower by-pass Sunday afternoon found a minor boy proceeding towards Kohima. The boy aged about 7 to 8 years who reportedly hails from Angami community and said to be living in Dimapur was found by police who were on a truck proceeding towards Kohima. The boy was brought to North Police Station. Speaking fluent Angami and Nagamese the boy revealed his name as Neisalie alias Philip but said he did not know the names of his parents or his village. He said both his parents had expired. The boy claimed that he ran away from home since the last five days and had been walking. Measuring about 3.8 foot, the boy was wearing yellowish white shirt and pant with slippers of different colours.
