NTA lauds govt.

Nagaland tourism association (NTA) today lauded the state government for boldly taking up the challenge to host “World Bamboo Day” despite so many odds and hurdles by pressing its dedicated government officials, entrepreneurs, NGOs and contractors to handle the proceedings of the event and deliver goods at such short notice.
Admitting that forces of nature was at play and still remained as a possible threat to disrupt the proceedings of various activities that were being held at Kisama, a statement from NTA desk however said many of the delegates disclosed that being a part of this event was once in a lifetime experience, and appreciated the effort that has been put in.
It said that the event, currently underway in a grand way, has put at rest the negative apprehension from many a people that the event might not live up to the expectations it had promised to be.
