Aid to villages under MCA project

As part of military civic action (MCA) project, 7 Assam Rifles under 5 Sector Assam Rifles of HQ IGAR (N) provided two Sintex water tanks to the people of Kiphire village to solve the pertinent water scarcity problem in the village. The function showcased speeches by various dignitaries of Kiphire village and culminated with words of thanks and appreciation for the Assam Rifles.
Meanwhile, two Sintex water tanks were also donated to the villagers of Matikhru village to facilitate storage of water and solve pertinent water scarcity problem in the village.
Speaking on the occasion, post commander of 7 Assam Rifles at Jessami recognized the people of Matikhru village for their cooperation, constant support and faith entrusted upon the Assam Rifles. Speeches by various dignitaries of Matikhru village and words of appreciation for the Assam Rifles were delivered during the function.
In Lephori village under Meluri, the7 Assam Rifles under 5 Sector Assam Rifles of HQ IGAR (N) also donated two Sintex water tanks for storage of water in the village.
The people of Lephori village expressed gratitude to the Assam Rifles for espousal of such ventures and providing realistic aid to exalt the living conditions of the people of Nagaland.
Two TV sets with stands and two DTH receivers were also donated for the community hall of Kanjang village, Meluri.
In this regard, the public of Kanjang village has expressed gratitude to the Assam Rifles for taking up such projects and providing realistic aid to exalt the living conditions of the people of Nagaland over the years.
