Notes of gratitude

GB Midland Colony, Dimapur: GB Midland Colony, Dimapur, Khehuto Zhimomi has appreciated chief advisor, Dimapur Municipal Council, Er. K. Keditsu for his able leadership in guiding the DMC to a stable position by working for the welfare of Dimapurians besides bringing systematic functioning of the office. The GB also thanked Lepshi Ao and Er. Vikholie Nienu advisors in-charge of Sanitation Branch, Atovi Zhimomi and Tokheli Kikon, advisors in-charge of Market Rate and Quality Control Cell and Phukuto Zhimomi, advisors in-charge of Toll Tax for rendering selfless contribution in their own capacities for the better of public of Dimapur.
Former DMC member: Former Member, Dimapur Municipal Council, S. Vihuto Yeptho has expressed gratitude to District Urban Development Officer, Dimapur, Jenithung Yanthan for helping the people of Ward No. 3 to avail materials and money as aid for construction of latrines under low cost sanitation programme in urban areas. Forty families under ward No. 3 were benefited from the programme.
GHS Dungki: Government high school Dungki has expressed gratitude to MO Dr. Martha and staff of PHC Dungki for conducting an immunization and routine health check up as part of the school health programme on September 7.
Green Succession: Green Succession of Nagaland state lauded the efforts of Angami Youth Organisation for preventing and banning burning of jungles and hunting within its jurisdiction. Pointing out that constant exploitation of state natural resources has left it almost barren; the organization urged all sections of the societies including NGOs and government authorities to encourage such steps. Meanwhile, the organization chairman Jess T Murry also called upon people to join hands in fighting against habitat destruction in order to create a better place to live in.
NPF 8 western A/C: The NPF 8 western A/C has appreciated Jotsoma village council and Jotsoma youth organization for organizing a mass social work on September 4, at the diversion route (by-pass road) for free passage of vehicular movement. Stating the road was the only alternative means for commuters and transporter for the public, it further appreciated Jotsoma youth organization for their tireless effort and strict vigilance in the safety passage of vehicular movements. The NPF 8 western Angami A/C do supports and stand by their good gesture.
PHC Longjang: Health Centre Managing Committee PHC Longjang has thanked Menokhol John, Commissioner & Secretary Health & Family Welfare Department and the department of Medical Services for providing an ambulance to the PHC Longjang. Chairman HCMC, PHC Longjang R. Longja said PHC Longjang was one of the oldest and busiest having lots of patients among PHC in the district. The ambulance was dedicated by Rev. L. Tarep Pastor Longjang Baptist Church on September 7 Sept 2010.
TVC: Tsaphimi Village Council (TVC) thanked MLA Joshua Sumi for construction of rostrum at Tsaphimi play ground in aid of Tsaphimi Student’s Union Golden Jubilee. The village council thanked the MLA for his memorable works adding it cannto be forgotten be forgotten and prayed God will blessed him and his family abundantly.
DGC: Dimapur Government College (DGC) principal along with the staff and students expressed gratitude to officials from the Geology and Mining for commissioning the artificial re-charging of rainwater harvesting project along with a tube well for the college.
CUK: Changki Union Kohima (CUK) has felicitated Bendang Longchari, secretary Youth Resources and Sports on being conferred Indian Administrative Services (IAS) by the government in recognition of his distinguished and meritorious service to the state. The union wished him success and prayed that God would grant him good health and wisdom in fulfilling the aspiration of the people in his future endeavor.
Khekiho Village: Khekiho Village has expressed gratitude to PHE Department for introducing WATSAN and so also for providing assistances to complete the long pending dreams of the villagers. The village thanked PHE department for construction of gravity water facilities in various sector of the village, construction toilet and kitchen pits (for storing wasted water of the kitchen) to all the BPL, households and for providing 35 numbers of dust-bin. It further expressed gratitude to the Executive Engineer (PHED) Rural Division, Dimapur and NGP Central Team for spot verification conducted on September 4 by showing concern to the rural area.
