Transfer and posting of IAS/NCS officers

The governor of Nagaland, Nikhil Kumar has ordered transfer and posting of the following IAS/NCS officers with immediate effect:
1. A. S. Bhatia IAS, on repatriation from central deputation, has been posted as commissioner & secretary P&AR and Temjen Toy would be relieved of P&AR department.
2. V. Shashank Shekhar IAS, director ATI will hold additional charge of secretary home department (disaster management, relief & rehabilitation).
3. Y. Kikon NCS, secretary information & public relations has been transferred and posted as secretary science & technology vice K. T. Sukhalu being relieved of the charge of science & technology.
4. Angau I. Thou NCS, additional secretary school education & mission director SSA has been transferred and posted as secretary vigilance commission Nagaland.
5. O.T. Chingmak Chang NCS, director printing & stationery has been transferred and posted as joint secretary school education & mission director SSA vice Angau I. Thou.
6. A. Wopen Lotha NCS, director state lotteries has been transferred and posted as joint secretary land revenue.
7. Y. Tekasangla NCS, secretary vigilance commission has been transferred and posted as joint secretary power.
8. Tepuvisu Angami NCS, joint secretary land revenue has been transferred and posted as joint secretary economics & statistics.
9. Kenilo Apon NCS, joint secretary economics & statistics has been transferred and posted as director state lotteries.
10. Senti Ao NCS, joint secretary veterinary & AH has been transferred and posted as joint secretary PHE.
11. T. Anenla Sato NCS, joint secretary Rural Development has been transferred and posted as joint secretary industries & commerce against existing vacancy.
Meanwhile, state chief secretary Lalthara has notified that serial No.4, 6 and 8 would move first, while handing and taking over would be completed by September 15.
