DIS Wokha rejoinder to Tsungiki villae

Responding to Tsungiki village ultimatum to state education to revoke transfer along with post of M. Benchumlo Humtsoe (G/T) from GMS Tsungiki within 15 days, the deputy inspector of schools Wokha has clarified that graduate teacher Benchumlo Humtsoe was temporarily transferred to GHS Wokha against the recent promotion of to senior graduate teachers to AHM on the direction of higher authority.
DIS further added that with 42 employees already retired, 36 employees working under DIS and six under DEO, there has been no replacement or appointment made.
In this regard, DIS stated redeployment and transfer of teachers in the middle of the academic year was unavoidable.
DIS in a rejoinder to Tsungiki village further stated that the department was compelled to adjust from schools having excess teachers to those having shortage of teachers basing on the teacher pupil ratio.
