WSH meeting
DIMAPUR: The Western Sumi Hoho (WSH) has convened a meeting on October 27, 10am at Western Sumi Hoho office Chekiye. All centenary planning board members, editorial board and advisor are requested to attend the meeting.
Chagaa Gadi festival
DIMAPUR: Liangmai Aruang Dimapur (LAD) has informed all Liangmais residing in Dimapur that Chagaa Gadi Festival will held on October 30th, 2010 at Tenyimi Complex, 10:00 am in Dimapur. Social worker, K. Samuel Madaling and President DCC, Peren will grace the function as chief guest and guest of honour respectively. All Liangmais of Dimapur are requested to attend the festival in full traditional attire.
Health mela at Peren
DIMAPUR: Media officer NRHM Peren, T. Ajungla Imsong informed the general public of Peren to avail the opportunity of the 1day health mela sponsored by NRHM(IEC). The mela will be conducted by CMO establishment Peren at Tening PHC on October 28 with multi specialist (medicine, obs & gyn, eye, ENT, dental etc). Medicines will be provided free of cost.
DIMAPUR: General manager (Admn/Vig) Nagaland State Co-operative Bank Ltd (NSCB) Dimapur, has informed that on the request of the bank, NABARD with faculty support from bankers institute of rural development (BIRD), Lucknow is organizing ODI programme at NSCB Ltd, head office Dimapur from October 24-30.
ATAN general meeting
DIMAPUR: The Aggrieved Teachers’ Association of Nagaland (ATAN) has convened a general meeting on October 25 at ISBT, Purana Bazaar, Dimapur from 2pm onwards. All registered members and special volunteers have been requested to attend the meeting positively with valuable suggestions focusing on the next course of action, since the government has given October 31 as the dateline but has so far not yielded any results, added ATAN executives.
