Programme on ‘Leadership Biblical Style’ for GBs, DBs

A day-long motivational program ‘Leadership Biblical Style’ for GBs and DBs was held Wednesday at Hotel Saramati with coordinator, Global Indigenous Prayer Network Australia and Ambassador at Large, Overseas Nagas’ Association, Rev. Luoliehu Yimsung, as the resource person.
Besides delivering lecture on various topics of leadership, Rev. Luoliehu expressed views that the core leaders of GBs/DBs should attend court cases involving indigenous Nagas as observers and also to attend every assembly session of the state as observers. He urged participants to work towards having a new nomenclature and that members of GBs and DBs Joint Forum Nagaland and Nagaland GB’s Federation establish network with indigenous people of other states and nations.
He also appealed to state chief minister and government of Nagaland to look into the welfare of the GBs.
President, Nagaland GB’s Federation, K.C. Zhenito Yepthomi also spoke on the occasion.
The day’s programme was chaired by A. Taku Longkumer, Convener, GBs and DBs Joint Forum Nagaland while K. Vikuto Zhimomi, Chairman GBs and DBs Joint Forum Nagaland proposed welcome address. Lungrahei Herie, Secretary, GBs and DBs Joint Forum Nagaland recorded the proceeding of the programme.
Meanwhile, Nagaland GB’s Federation and GBs and DBs Joint Forum Nagaland have expressed gratitude to state chief minister Neiphiu Rio and Z. Lohe, Advisor to CM for their support towards GBs and DBs in organizing the programme.
Members of GBs and DBs joint forum Nagaland and Nagaland GB’s Federation attended the programme.
