Philanthropic gesture by the IRCSN

A team of Indian Red Cross Society Nagaland (IRCSN) consisting state management committee members Viya Sekhose, Dr. Seyiekietuo, Helena Yepthomi, Dr. R. Zinyu, Lucy Merry APO IRCSN and Dimapur district IRCS officials led by Zakie Kire, general secretary IRCSN visited fire victims at Ghorapati, Zakiesato Colony, Dimapur on November 12 and 13.
The IRCS team on November 12 distributed kitchen sets, blanket, kerosene stoves, plastic sheet and rice to the fire victims, while the following day, 5 kgs each of rice were distributed to all 83 affected families.
Most of the victims of the ill-fated day were daily wage earners, and seeing their plight, the Red Cross team has appealed and called upon all concerned to come forward and help/assist the victims.
IRCS Dimapur also expressed gratitude to IRCS state branch for their co-operation and contribution.
