IRCS team in state
DIMAPUR: Team of ICRC officials led by head of regional delegation, Francois Stamm is presently in Nagaland to take note of the different operations that are going in Nagaland. The team includes medical officer ICRC, Dr. Luc Frejacques, co-operation field officer ICRC Diganta Bujarbaruah and Angeline Otou. An interactive session with the managing committee members, IRCSN chaired by Zakie Kire was held. The team is currently here to inaugurate the District Disability and Rehabilitation Centre (DDRC) on December 3, 9.30am at Civil Hospital Compound on the occasion of the 29th International Day of Disabled Persons. All patrons, vice patrons, members, well wishers, officers, NGO’s, invitees have been requested to attend the inauguration program.
Free medical camp
DIMAPUR: Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) would be organizing a free medical camp on December 4, 8:30am at Church Compound Signal Angami Village, Dimapur. BJYM has requested all general public of the village to avail the free medical camp.
SP Dimapur clarifies
DIMAPUR: SP Dimapur, Z. Mero has clarified the order issued by the office of the superintendent of police of Dimapur issued on November 29 regarding detailment of Sector Commanders with the name and contact number of unit officer. According to Mero, SDPO Dimapur, Shouka Kakheto (9436603583) would be the Sector Commander for Burma Camp, Veterinary Colony, New Colony, Walford, Bank Colony; deputy SP (traffic), LL Lemtur (9856070174) would be the Sector Commander for DC Court, Duncan Basti, Ao Kashiram, Dillai Gate, Oriental Colony; while OC West Police Station, Jenmai Konyak (9436014444) would be the Sector Commander for PWD, Midland, Nepali Basti and Dhobinalla.
