Dimapur seem to be never short of gastronomic journey for many restaurateurs as the denizens are fast pacing up with the outside world in terms of socializing, networking or catching up with associates. The newest addition to the chain of restaurants in Dimapur is the ‘Oracle’( branch of Cube Lounge) a budget friendly restro, located in the 1st floor in Aiko Building, opposite Dimapur Town Hall, Nagarjan junction.
“Traffic congestion and no parking space/lots has proved to be a menace for the commuters, keeping this in mind, the restaurant has been initiated so people from the other end of town gets easy access rather than getting cramped in the traffic”, said the proprietor of the new restaurant Amentoli.
A place that is spacious enough to even accommodate 70- 80 people, as said by Hekato Yepthomi, (fiancé of Amentoli) has the right décor and settings that gives one the ‘regal’ feeling of dining with free ghup-shup (conversation). ‘Oracle’ proves to be a decent spot that could even entertain families and has a separate VIP/Corporate Lounge for those looking in holding up conferences. The ‘Oracle’ has ‘Wi-Fi’ connectivity so one can never miss out on social networking sites or even business related affairs.
The chief guest, Senior Manager, Indian Renewal Development Agency, New Delhi; Khekiho Yepthomi inaugurated the ‘Oracle’.
Like in the metropolis where smoking in public places is illegal and restaurants maintaining a separate zone for smokers, proprietor Amentoli keeping in mind the interest of her non-smoking clients would be maintaining a separate ‘smoking zone’.
The chefs at ‘Oracle’ brought from Delhi and Shillong and their menu is laid out on Continental, Indian and Chinese cuisine.
