The second evening of the ongoing ‘Crusade with pastor Ock Soo Park’ from Good News Mission (GNM) from South Korea on Tuesday at DDSC stadium, Dimapur witnessed a moderate crowd approximately between 2000 to 3000 with around 800 being from the GNM mission in Kandhamal Orissa in addition to GNM delegates from all over India and abroad. Delivering his message pastor Ock Soo Park preached on spiritual life and the power of God in giving new strength to those who allowed Him to work in them.
He said spiritual power must come from the heart and strength would be renewed if one has hope and fear in God. The programme was marked by special presentation of songs, dance and violin concerto by cultural troupe from Korea.
Chairs were laid in three rows facing the dias built below the rostrum which were almost filled. There were several hundreds in the gallery facing the rostrum. Most of the local people who attended were a mixed lot of those who were curious after all the controversies and media publicity and those who were supportive to those who wanted to see various Korean cultural and musical presentations.
This is the second crusade by Pastor Park and the Good News Mission; the first was in October 2009 which had to be shifted to a site in the Dimapur stadium.
