LDUA general executive meet held

The Land Donors Union Asukhuto (LDUA) town held a general executive meeting on November 19 at the residence of the Chairman, Khetovi Chishi at Purana Bazar in Dimapur.
The union during the meet unanimously resolved to nominate Vitoi, as GB Asukhuto Village, Kavito Chishi, vice chairman and Hezhekhu Sema to oversee the road work at the time of construction.
The union also resolved to deduct 2% each from the land compensation to be received from the government, for the construction of the meeting hall for the union at Asukhuto town.
The meeting was attended by the principal KPA, Longmetang Ao and Advisory Board member, N Yeshito Chishi.
The union informed that the next meeting has been scheduled for January 2011 at the residence of the Vihoto Kiba and the date intimated at a later time through the media. The union while expressing gratitude to minister for road and bridges, G. Kaito Aye for sanctioning Rs. 20 lakhs for black topping at Asukhuto town, also appealed the minister to allot the work to a competent contractor, so that the road would serve the public of Asukhuto town as well as students of Kheloshe Polytechnic.
