Kheto stresses on dignity of labour

The 45th general conference of the All Sumi Students’ Union (SKK) began Thursday at Alaphumi village on the theme, “Conscientious advancing” hosted by the Sumi Kiphimi Kuqhakulu Alaphumi village.
Guest of honour for the introductory session, MLA Kheto Kinimi encouraged the students not to shy away from labouring stating there was great profit in following the dignity of labour.
He also urged the gathering to judge themselves as to whether they were following the theme of the session in all ways. Kheto told students to ponder whether they were advancing or going backward in practice.
He encouraged the leaders especially SKK to be dedicated and wise and to bear their responsibility with sincerity and dedication. The guest of honour encouraged the SKK to uphold justice at any given point of time.
Delivering the greetings, deputy commissioner Zunheboto, T. Kiheto Sema NCS stressed on the need to know God. Talking about the changing scenario of the past and present, he said the adage “might is right” was popular in the past but in the present context, ‘right is might.’ He also told the students that success should not be demanded but earned.
