New Dmu-Ghy pvt. air service

Nagaland government has reportedly decided to enter into an agreement with North East Shuttles (p)ltd. (non-scheduled operator) for introduction of air service from February 10 next. It was decided in a meeting of council of ministers, convened by the state chief minister, a press release issued by additional chief secretary and development commissioner Alemtemshi Jamir stated. North East Shuttles, as a part of its efforts to enhance air connectivity in the country’s north-east region, recently revealed it has plans to acquire three more aircraft this year at a cost of $7.5 million. The private operator currently provides air services across Assam, Manipur and Mizoram with three small aircraft.
