Duped customers seek justice

The customers of Bajaj Alliance Life Insurance under Lolaz Enterprise appealed to deputy commissioners Dimapur to apprehend the culprit involved in duping case. The aggrieved customers, Lily Lotha and Sentitemsu Longkumer stated that the matter was forwarded to SP Dimapur to check fraudulent activities as per the direction issued by DC, Dimapur for dispensing justice to the innocent victims.
The customers stating they held a brief discussion with the concerned officer who is investigating the case, said Lolano John Ngullie who represented the company till August 28, 2008 was found guilty and that she was already implicated in fraud case. The charge-sheet prepared was yet to be forwarded to the court, stated the customers. They further demanded Lolano to clarify and provide a valid explanation as to under whose supervision and authority she had sourced the premium money on behalf of the customers.
The aggrieved customers condemned Lolano’s “malicious intentions” on the fact that their money was deposited directly to the agent in the franchise and further alleged Lolano would be liable to pay whatever was due to the customers.
