A consultative meeting on the progress of the Link Workers Scheme (LSW) on HIV and AIDS was conducted on February 1 at Wokha.
The district implementing Agency, Agape Youth Welfare Organisation organized the meet and was attended by the AYWO Board members, newly inducted district resource persons (DRPs) and members of N-Naga DAO unit of Wokha district.
The chairman of AYWO, Thungkhomo Jami exhorted the participants to work diligently with a missionary’s zeal to make the programme successful.
The Advisor of N-Naga DAO, WC Humtsoe also shared his views from a practical inspiration and encouraged the staff of LWS and the supporting NGOs to work in a close coordination with a renewed team spirit without any prejudice.
The house also expressed appreciation to NSACS for selecting Wokha district as one of the implementing district on Link Workers Scheme.
