CCVC on school admission

DIMAPUR: Chingkao Chingnyu and Chingkao Chingha (joint) village council has directed all village education committee chairmen to disseminate information regarding the ongoing high school admission at Chingkao.
According to village council chairman S.C Chingkap, at present there are two government LP schools at Chingkao Chingha village and five GLPS Chingkao Chingnyu, one middle school Chingkao compound, and one middle school which was upgraded to high school under DAN government. The joint village councils further expressed gratitude to minister for education Nyeiwang Konyak, MLA 45th Tehok C.L John A/C commissioner and secretary school education and state chief minister Neiphiu Rio.

DSSU general meeting
Dimapur: A general meeting of Dimapur Sumi Students Union (DSSU) has been convened on March 19, 11am at Nagaland Science Centre, super market, Dimapur. The meeting would deliberate on issues pertaining to welfare of the union. All executive council members, advisors, elders, senior leaders, GBs, colony sector chairman, secretaries, and representatives of various colleges and colonies of the union have been informed to attend the meeting
Non-local registration under Wokha district
DIMAPUR: Kyong Students’ Union (KSU) would be issuing non-local registration card (NLRC) for the year 2011-12 to all the non-locals residing under Wokha district from March 14-19, 11am to 2pm at its office. Kyong Students’ Union has been initiating yearly issue of NLRC in order to accumulate accurate census of non-locals and to check the influx of illegal immigrants in the district in consultation with district administration, law enforcing agencies, Kyong Hoho, Kyong Eloe Hoho.
NCF Korea new team
DIMAPUR: The Naga Christian Fellowship () Korea has elected its office bearers for the tenure 2011-2012 headed by Samuel Venuh as chairman and S. Shitovi as general secretary.
