Army recruitment rally would be conducted at Zunheboto from March 24 to 30 at DC ground, Zunheboto.
Recruitment would be open for un-married male candidates only for soldier general duties (GD) category. The screening of candidates would commence at 6am on each day of the rally, commencing from March 24.
Daily schedule of the rally would be as follows: On March 24, 6am for candidates from Zunheboto, Tuensang, Dimapur, Kiphire, Peren and Mon districts; for Soldier (GD) category; March 25, 6am for candidates from Wokha, Kohima, Tuensang, Mokokchung & Longleng districts; for Soldier (GD) Category; March 30, 6am for verification and conduct of written test for all candidates of soldier (GD) category, who have been found to be medically fit.
Medical examination and documentation of remaining candidates will continue up to March 28 and those candidates who cleared the medical examination will appear for the common entrance exam (CEE), at the DC Ground, Zunheboto on March 30.
For consideration in the sportsmen category, a candidate should possess certificate of having participated at the state or national level in any recognized sports discipline, within the last two years, or should have won silver or a gold medal at the district/university level.
Medical examination would be conducted only for those candidates who passed physical fitness tests, physical measurement tests, and whose documents are in order.
